Tanya has supported the neurodiverse community for over a decade, both as a behavioral therapist and board certified behavior analyst. Tanya is also a certified health coach and personal trainer and has a passion for helping clients achieve sustainable wellness goals. Tanya recognized the need for adaptive fitness a few years ago when she began working as a clinician in human services with adults.
Tanya appreciates all that Adaptive Fitness and Movement has to offer including empowering individuals through fitness, teaching safe and functional exercises in a fun non-judgmental environment, and so much more! Tanya is excited to join the AFM team as a Coach and hopes to bring her experience and knowledge to the community.
