ADAPTIVE programs

Adaptive Fitness & Movement classes incorporate the program design of Autism Fitness® integrating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and exercise sciences. Our program focuses on functional fitness exercises that can assist in strengthening some of the athlete's daily living skills.

We offer Adaptive Group Classes, Individual Sessions, Group Visits/ Field Trips, as well as special occassion parties that can incorporate these strategies in a fun and supportive environment.
