Training sessions are available at our studio for individuals of any age. We begin with assessing the baseline skills of each athlete. Each individualized program is designed to meet the athlete at their current fitness level and work towards steady progress, building upon their individual abilities. Exercises are selected to strengthen the athlete’s overall functional fitness level. All while being coached with positive reinforcement and lots of behavior-specific praise for each exercise completed.
We strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment for our athletes. Programing can be progressed or regressed based on the individual needs of the athlete. Functional fitness exercises help prepare you for real-life movements such as walking up stairs, carrying heavy objects like grocery bags, and many other daily living skills.
