Adaptive FItness & Movement offers children’s classes for little ones ages 3 and up. Our children’s programs are a wonderful way to introduce fitness and movement to kids at an early age and our classes are open to all abilities.
Classes are focused around fun movement activities incorporating music and games to get them moving and introduced to exercise and the enjoyment of movement.
