Service Description

Adaptive Fitness & Movement classes were designed using the Autism Fitness programming, integrating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, and in accordance with ACE exercise standards. Classes limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure that each athlete gets adequate support to be successful. Athletes may be paired up to work through various exercises as a team. Over the course of the classes, exercises will progress as each athlete masters exercises. Each athlete will receive individualized instruction during the 1-hour class. Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of participants allowed in each class (COVID-19). Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours prior to class start without a fee. Class No-Shows incur a $10 per class cancellation fee.
