Introducing your children to yoga at an early age can help them learn healthy lifestyle habits and set the foundation for a fit future. Our Yoga for Kids classes incorporate Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation for kids in a supportive and fun class.

Certified Yoga Teacher for Children
Kari has been an elementary school teacher in Acton for more than twenty years.
Over the past few years, Kari has developed an interest in mindfulness and yoga. In addition to her own regular yoga practice, Kari became a certified yoga teacher for children after attending the Kidding Around Yoga training. Seeing first hand the number of young children dealing with stress and anxiety has led Kari to incorporate the practice of mindfulness and yoga into the classroom. She is looking forward to sharing yoga and mindfulness with children through classes and camps at Adaptive Fitness & Movement.
6-Week Session:
Tuesday 4:00pm - 4:45pm, $120 per session.
