Adaptive Fitness & Movement is an All-Inclusive Fitness Facility providing fitness classes to individuals of all ages and abilities. From children to adults, we have a variety of classes offering both Adaptive Fitness Programs for individuals with Autism and other special needs as well as Traditional Fitness programs for all ages.
Adaptive Fitness & Movement classes incorporate the program design of Autism Fitness® integrating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and exercise sciences. Our program focuses on functional fitness exercises that can assist in strengthening some of the athlete's daily living skills.
We offer Adaptive Group Classes, Individual Sessions, Group Visits/ Field Trips, as well as children's parties that can incorporate these strategies in a fun and supportive environment.
Our Strength & Cardio classes are a blend of total body strength work along with cardiovascular conditioning using weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides and stretching. Our class formats are a mix of instructor lead group exercises and/or circuit classes.
Improve your muscle tone, strength, core stability and flexibility all in one class.
Adaptive Fitness & Movement offers Children's classes for little ones age 3+.
Classes are focused around fun movement activities incorporating music and games to get them moving and introduced to exercise and the enjoyment of movement.

"Adaptive Fitness came into Isabelle’s life at a time when she was going through transitions and has been a stabilizing force for her. Lucille Lee is an amazing role model for Isabel and all of the athletes and has supported Isabelle in her attempts to focus on a healthier lifestyle. Isabelle has loved exercise, and these classes have afforded her the opportunity to do her very best while being accepted and encouraged. The program focuses on what each athlete can do and each one is applauded for their individual accomplishments. In the world of individuals with disabilities, this kind of acceptance and encouragement is so often lacking yet so necessary. We are so very grateful for Lucille and for all she has done through Adaptive Fitness for Isabelle and all of the athletes."
