Debbie Souza
Coach and ABA Therapist
For the past 14 years, Debbie has worked as an ABA therapist in the Worcester Public Schools providing one-on-one classroom support as well as in-home services. As a mom of three young children, she has her own special needs child at home, increasing her experience, training and understanding of the parent perspective.
She specializes in increased behaviors as well as receptive and expressive language, most importantly having patience, remaining neutral, and the love for this field and those it serves. Debbie is a wonderful addition to the coaching team at Adaptive Fitness & Movement.

Awarded to a therapist in Children's Services who demonstrates unyielding devotion to children and their families, who always goes the extra step to make sure that children experience success, and who maintains a positive attitude at all times with children, families and other team members.
