Adult Fitness Programs

Adaptive Fitness & Movement offers a number of fitness classes for adults.

 

Classes Currently Running:

  • Adult Group Fitness Classes 
    Cardio & Strength:  Monday/Thursday 6:30pm, Wednesday 7:15 am,
                                Tuesday/Thursday 9:30am.

    Our small group fitness classes incorporate both cardiovascular conditioning and strength training.  Improve your muscle tone, strength, core stability and flexibility all in one class.  Strength and stability training using free weights, resistance bands and other equipment along with body weight exercises with added cardio bursts. Variations of each exercise are provided to accommodate all fitness levels.

  • Choose from our Adult Classes 2x week or
    UNLIMITED Adult Package
      Attend any current Adult Fitness Program. *Sign up per class required to reserve class time - limited space.
