Adult Fitness Programs

Adaptive Fitness & Movement offers a number of fitness programs for adults.

 

Classes Currently Running:

  • Adult Group Fitness - Bootcamp Format  Monday 7pm, Wednesday/Friday  7:15 am.

  • Adult Group Fitness - Cardio, Strength & Stretching Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm

  • UNLIMITED Adult Package  Attend any current Adult Fitness Program. *Sign up perclass required to reserve class time - limited space.
