Adaptive Fitness & Movement offers a number of fitness programs for adults.
Classes Currently Running:
Adult Group Fitness Monday 7pm, Wednesday/Friday 7:30 am.
Stretch & Strengthening Tuesday 8:00 am. (currently on hold until July)
UNLIMITED Adult Package Attend any current Adult Fitness Program.
Classes Now Forming:
Adult Bootcamp Group Fitness Thursday 7pm.
