Adaptive Fitness & Movement offers a number of fitness programs for adults.
Classes Currently Running:
Adult Group Fitness - Bootcamp Format Monday 7pm, Wednesday/Friday 7:15 am.
Adult Group Fitness - Cardio, Strength & Stretching Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm
UNLIMITED Adult Package Attend any current Adult Fitness Program. *Sign up per class required to reserve class time - limited space.
