Lucille Lee, Founder & Coach
Lucille has always had an interest in fitness and has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years. She became a Certified Autism Fitness Practitioner in 2018.
Having a child of her own who has developmental disabilities and autism, she understands first-hand the difficulties of finding fitness programs that are appropriate for people with special needs.
Many individuals with special needs lead very sedentary lifestyles and do not get appropriate exercise, especially as they age. Knowing there is an increasing need for fitness programs for individuals with special needs (both children and adults), Lucille combined her personal experience with her son, and professional fitness instruction experience, to found Adaptive Fitness & Movement, LLC
"I am so excited to offer this much needed program to our comunity. Our athletes deserve to be successful and have fun with a fitness program designed for them!" ~ Lucille Lee
